How Plastic Bags Kill Sea Turtles

Plastic bags is the most common problem for wildlife. One single plastic bag can have several impacts on a turtle when it is ingested. A study in Australia shows autopsy photos of how plastic bags kill sea turtle. Even though they are banned in most parts of Australia, about 180 millions bags are discarded as litter each year nationally. The Australian Registry of Wildlife Health documented the impact of plastic bags on sea turtles via autopsies.
