One of the first ever hatchings of the rare African Dwarf Mud Turtle Pelusios nanus in the United States

Gerard shares the exciting arrival of what might be the very first US captive bred African Dwarf Mud Turtles (Pelusios nanus). If this species has been bred elsewhere, it would have to of been recently and under the radar. The parents of these hatchlings were originally acquired from, the biggest source of this species in the country.
