Life Of Young Conservationist Inspires Family To Donate Towards Conservation Efforts
Not many middle-schoolers have such a passion for wildlife conservation as one young girl from Worthen, England. Olivia-Violet Reeves was a student of St Georges Junior School but was tragically hit by a 4×4 on her way home from school two months ago. She was an avid up-and-coming conservationist and had plans to study marine biology and zoology after finishing high school. The family received many generous donations at her funeral in addition to funds from several other organizations. Her greatest interest was in marine wildlife and sea turtles; as a result, her family donated 1,755.78 to the World Wildlife fund. The money will be divided between turtle conservation and the illegal wildlife trade. This young girl’s life is an inspiration for people all over the world and she will be greatly missed.
